Role Overview: We are looking for skilled Service Engineers- Color Sorter with expertise in Color Sorter systems to support our growing market. The role involves providing technical support, conducting installations, and ensuring smooth operation of machinery at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and commission new machines at customer locations.
• Train operators and service teams on machine operation and maintenance.
• Provide technical support and resolve on-site malfunctions.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
• Prepare service reports, pre-installation checklists, and installation documents.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Trouble shooting / Services of any Electronic equipment
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Travel as required to customer sites.

Skills Required:

• Strong mechanical or electrical skills; knowledge of basic electronics for color sorter systems.
• Clear communication and ability to engage with clients and teams effectively.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in using computers for reporting and technical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Education: DIPLOMA IN ELECTRONICS & COMMUNICATION ENGG OR ELECTRICAL ENGG..
• Experience: 1- 2 Year experience in Electronic Equipment field services / worked in similar manufacturing field. / Working experience of 1-2 years in an Industries which is relevant to their qualification / studies.
• Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the local language is preferred.

• Provide Operational guideline to client through training sessions.
• Knowledge of Panel Wiring, IO list, Cable tray routing, Project Drawings (Layout, Schematic P & ID & Equipment Drawing, Cable tray routing, Cable schedule etc).
• Knowledge of Field Instruments.
• Process Knowledge of Food, Spice & Pharmacy.
• Handling break down & routine maintenance.
